Who Am I?
Marcus Eloe
My volleyball journey began in the Brazilian Superliga and continued through the professional leagues of Brazil, Argentina, and Belgium. I competed in the CEV Top Teams Cup with Knack Roeselare, won two Argentine League titles and the Argentine Cup, and represented Brazil at the youth national team level.
In 2012, I began my career in athlete management with ELTee Volley as the agency’s South American representative.
Today, as an Official FIVB Agent and founder of ME Sports, I represent professional volleyball athletes, managing national and international negotiations with a focus on career planning, long-term development, and lasting relationships with clubs.
I’m married to Yael Castiglione, former setter for the Argentine National Team, and volleyball remains part of my life both on and off the court. That experience allows me to understand the needs of athletes and clubs from every perspective.
